What to expect when you hire a coach

When you hire a coach, you hire a trainer and a partner. Someone who is going to work in partnership with you to achieve the goals you have for you and your child as it relates to their special education program and/or home plan. As your coach we will work to clarify who you are, who your child is, what you want, what's blocking you, and what’s going to work best for you to move forward in your advocacy of your child’s education, life and experience. Our coaches help people just like yourself create their own solutions, keep motivation elevated towards achieving great results and guide you to the parenting and advocacy success you envision for your life. As your coach we will use our expertise and knowledge around the various topics you need to work through to create and maintain meaningful ties with your home and school programs.

Why hire a Coach?

A coach works with you to become the parent you want to be. Our coaches train parents to become the advocate for their child that they want to be. Many factors go into being an effective advocate for your child with special needs and as your parent coach we will help you build confidence through education and coaching techniques and so much more. This confidence will help enhance your inner courage to be the advocate that your fears may be stopping you from being. After working with our coach you will be able to live happier, have more meaningful ties with your specialized team and your child will have a more successful education experience.
