As the demands of teaching increase, teachers are seeing higher rates of burnout than ever before, with some even leaving the profession entirely because they can’t handle the stress. According to the CDC, “Burnout is a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. For example, they may have trouble managing their classrooms and have difficulty connecting with students because they are too stressed out to fully engage with their instructional time. This can lead teachers to feel defeated, overwhelmed, and ineffective.
We have a few questions for you!
*Are your teachers experiencing burnout, feelings of overwhelm, and stress?
*Are your teachers struggling to manage minor rule infractions in their classrooms?
*Are you looking for guidance and mentorship for your beginning and veteran teachers?
*Have you identified that your teachers need more leadership support yet there is little time for your staff to assist?
We have a few questions for you!
*Are you experiencing burnout and overwhelm?
*Are you struggling to manage all of the demands of the classroom alone?
*Are you looking for guidance and mentorship to help develop plans and systems to strengthen your job satisfaction?
*Are you looking for a mentor/coach to support you in the classroom?
If you answered yes to any one of these questions, this is for you!
Like many other educators, teachers and administrators in your District juggle a variety of demanding duties, making it challenging to schedule time for continued professional growth or beneficial interactions with coworkers and professional leaders. When and where it is convenient for them, whether it be before/after school or during planning periods in the classroom, teachers must participate in professional development that works. To ensure that the skills are appropriate to the disciplines and students they teach, teachers must also be able to collaborate with their peers in a supportive setting and feel that they have a voice in determining the course of their training.
Our Taking Care of Teachers program provides coaching and mentoring of staff serving in an instructional setting to enhance solutions that address a local need for teachers. Helping Districts and Schools provide teacher coaches who focus on retaining teachers and offering structured feedback with a coaching system that is organized around all 5 social-emotional learning competencies. Our program reimagines improving teacher attitudes and beliefs about one’s self and others, through targeted professional development workshops and creating a supportive learning community for educators to engage in a meaningful classroom teaching experience.
Our Educational Consultancy program supports teachers in cultivating community, increasing engagement, creating positive classroom climate and culture plans while improving teacher and student success outcomes.
